Tinder has come up with a lot of new information, tea, and statistics in its new report. And it is spicy this time!
HeTexted reports that noticed one of the big reveals of Tinder is that the app has partnered with a matchmaker, Paul C. Brunson.
He’s a matchmaker, TV host, and an entrepreneur. Does ‘Married at First Sight’ ring a bell?
Yes, this is the dating expert that has been featured on the show, which, by the way, got only 12 successful couples out of nearly 60 of them participating.
A few other shows he’s featured in include
- Lovetown
- Celebs Go Dating
- Date Night Live
In Tinder’s most recent report, Brunson is now “Tinder’s Global Expert in Relationship Insights.”
In this report, Brunson predicts Gen Z to be the generation to have the most successful marriages.
He also predicts that LGBTQIA+ relationships will start thriving!
According to him and the new data Tinder has released, the new rule is inter-relationships. Those relationships no longer belong in the ‘exception’ drawer.
Gen Z, apparently, is the generation to forever change the dating world!
Although this puts quite some pressure on this generation, the statistics show quite some interesting stuff that, surprisingly, support this idea:
- 75% of singles surveyed think they and their generation are bringing a fresh breeze to the dating and relationship world, challenging the old ‘guidelines’
- around 80% of 18-25-year-olds put their self-care on top of their priority list;
- 79% of 18-25-year-olds look forward to having a partner who prioritizes their self-care among other things;
- being open to work on your mental well-being is found more attractive by 75% of single young fellows;
- and, believe it or not, 65% of single youngsters would be just okay with those awkward and cringey moments as long as they reflect your sincerity!
It sounds a bit too good to be true, nearly utopic considering the chaotic surroundings and events during the past 3 years.
Leaves us with a question: Is this truly the renaissance of our era, or just a cleverly thought-out Tinder campaign?
