He Texted Me This...
I asked if he wanted to hangout and he acted excited, but then he kept asking who else was going. When I let him know I hadn't invited anyone else and was going to make other plans if he didnt want to hang out he decided to hang but asked for a reminder.
...So Now I'm Wondering?
Does he really want to hang out with me? Is he interested in me at all?

A guy checking out if there are other people coming and being okay just hanging out with you has potential.
It's either he's interested or you cannot tell.
A lot of "He's not into you"... I disagree. I think he does want to hang out with you, he's just got a busy week ahead. Try to work something in, and if he keeps postponing or can only hang out for like an hour... then there might be some truth to the negativity.
I think you guys may just be friends.
