Lisa Winning
Founder
After years of watching her girlfriends scream "he texted!" the morning after a long night out, she realized they needed a bigger outlet. Her friends, like most girls, would sit around for hours watching Real Housewives re-runs while they hashed out exactly what to text back, and when (wait an hour? or right away? is that desperate?). Lisa, after her own fair share of awkward texts and kill-me-now dates, figured there had to be more girls going through this. So, HeTexted was born. Not only can you have your close group of friends, but a much bigger group of unbiased girls telling it to you straight. It's like He's Just Not That Into You, except no one here is going to tell you "he's probably just reallllly busy". Follow Lisa @LisaWinning
Carrie Henderson McDermott
Co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer
Carrie Henderson McDermott is the Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer of HeTexted. Previously, Carrie was an editor at Glamour magazine, where she wrote about all things beauty. So, when she's not busy telling you how to respond to the 3am text (read: don't!), she can point you in the direction of a mean blow-out. Or, that guys hate red lipstick on a first date. Carrie spent many (like, way too many) single years in New York City before she met a guy at a bar. On a Tuesday. At karaoke night. Then, he texted. And then? He put a ring on it. True story. Liz Smith is the Community Manager and professional bro-wrangler at HeTexted. As a recent graduate, she has first-hand experience with cryptic texts sent by guys at all hours of the day. Kenny Kline
Director of Operations
Kenny Kline is the Director of Operations of HeTexted. He also serves as Head Bro, ruling the other Bros of HeTexted with an iron fist. Kenny's savant-like gift for interpreting the most unclear and bizarre texts out there was sought out by elite institutions, wealthy private donors, and government agencies, but Kenny thought he could contribute most to the world by using his gifts at HeTexted. Though little known, the movie "Beautiful Mind" is actually based on Kenny's ability to interpret the digital dating landscape. Follow Kenny @BroKennyK
