IS HE SHY, DOES HE NEED A FRIEND, OR IS HE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO PASS HIS TIME WITH?
By hannahsalih | Apr 14 2015
okay so basically i have been friends with this boy for 2 years now, we openly flirt and everyone says we should date but we never talk about how feel for each other which makes me think that he only wants to remain in the friends zone. ( I'm of a younger generation, so never been on a date with any one before) how can i get him to talk about how he feels. he jokes about it all the time but is he joking or being for real.

I am in a sorta kinda friendship with a guy I work with, but I have a crush on him, and we text a lot, but I get mixed signals from him. Sometimes he gives one word answers to my texts and acts completely uninterested and some days he texts me first and sends long texts making sex jokes and flirting. What the hell?

When a guy casually makes a joke about sex, does that mean that he wants it? I got mad at my best guy friend because I wanted to go out tonight but he was feeling tired and didn't want to. These are some of his messages..."don't feel like I'm rejecting you haha." "I know you're thinking that I am." Then "if you want to sleep with me you're welcome haha." Is it just a joke?

Do you feel he might be attracted towards me?

I have been dating a guy for three months now. Things have progressed pretty quick. We see each other five times a week if not more. I met all of his best friends from almost the get go, he has met my parents, and last week asked me to meet his sister and brother in law which is a big deal for him because he tends to keep his love life and family life separate unless he feels like things are getting serious. The other night after a few drinks and in the heat of a moment I whispered "I love you." When I woke up the next day I had a pit in the bottom of my stomach. I didn't want to be the first one to say it, and I don't even know if he heard me. We got together after work as always, made dinner, and everything seemed normal. He never made any mention of my three little words which leads me to believe he did not hear me say it. Knowing him, he would bring it up and say something like "Do you remember what you said last night?" in his jokingly taunting tone. Should I even bring up that I said anything, or just let things run their course? I also never thought I would be the girl to fall in love in three months, but I guess crazier things have happened. Let me just note that I would really like to say it at a later time when it is more appropriate and I was not looking for him to say it back by any means. Just because I feel this way already does not mean he should as well.

So I matched with this guy on Tinder about a week ago, and I was the one to struck up the conversation pretty much right away because I find him super hot. I just started off with something very random and we continued that way, just talking about funny things, no real conversation. But it was really funny and some sexual jokes were present as well, it looked like he was also having fun. But now he hasn't replied to my last message in like a day and a half. He always takes a long time to reply, but usually it's not longer than a day.

How do guys expect girls to reply to a one-word "Yes/No" answer?

Just dated a guy for 2weeks, seen each other 4times.
This morning we went to run on the beach, I changed my pants in his car(he waited outside) then forgot to take it with me. When I came home I texted him saying I forgot y pants, he said lol I prefer you forgot them in my bedroom! I said you can take them to your bedroom yourself! He replied I prefer you took them off in my bedroom yourself!
Actually it reminds me of one time he joked about my pants. I prefer you without them!

So there's this guy I met through my sport and we immediately got along, we've been arguing and laughing and have gotten long ever since he started last summer. I'm an 11th grader, he's 12th. Anyways he goes to another school so I don't see him often, but we still talk like nothing's changed. I send him a text? A snap? I can count on him to reply enthused within a few minutes as long as he's not working, and sometimes even then. We talk incessantly and have pages of texts and jokes and smiles, and basically spend the whole time arguing over nothing in particular. Just argument for the sake of argument. Every once in a while we'll hang out when we can and he, living on the other end of the tri-city area, has to haul his ass down here and waste his gas, but he's never shown the slightest bit restraint. Just enthusiasm.
